Moorgate Equestrian were delighted to host hospitality at this years Badminton Horse Trials to thank all our existing customers and to develop our brand awareness within the equestrian world.
The Moorgate team headed down on Tuesday to begin setting up, it was a treacherous day and getting to the pavilion was quite an adventure, the Moorgate van managed to get stuck in the mud, twice! Thankfully, the staff at Badminton were brilliant and a tractor pulled us out and safely escorted us to our pavilion. Once there we were able to unload the van with help from our caterers, Taste Events Ltd and a very kind security man who helped us throughout the event and who was very much appreciated.
The calm before the storm...
Hospitality ran from Thursday- Saturday for people to come and enjoy. The first day was a quiet day but it was definitely the calm before the storm! On Friday the equestrian team were there in force along with the Brooke Horse and Donkey Sanctuary, we invited them to share our pavilion to support the charity and to invite their guests along too. We welcomed people from across the sector and we were pleased to have so many editors in attendance to share our press release with, click here for more information on our launch.
It was a great day, Jennifer Saunders turning up to support The Brooke was the icing on the cake!
The team were up early on Saturday to beat the queues and we were greeted by glorious sun, a perfect Saturday morning! The Moorgate Equestrian pavilion welcomed guests throughout the day to watch the Cross Country, the pavilion was bustling with people from the industry and there was a really good atmosphere. Thank you to those who worked hard at organising and hosting the event and to everyone who came and made the day a big success!
